Limit of 250 Members for the Club

The limiting of numbers to 250 is to ensure that the club remains a friendly and manageable entity for not only those who manage it, but also for it's members.

We have never reached this 250 limit, and don't expect to - if it becomes necessary we might go back to ensure new members are active and using the club.
