To qualify as an Elder........
You must have been a member for at least x5 years, and been active in the club throughout that time. You are nominated by your colleagues, and approached to see if you want to do the work and understand your role / responsibilities.
To remain an Elder.........
You must attend the majority of Elder's meetings, and help with advice via e-mail when requested by the President and Treasurer.
What they do
The Elders are LSC Members who have been with the club for at least 5 years. They help the President and Treasurer, advising on new policies and issues that occur. They also ensure that the club continues in the spirit and vein we all know and value.
